Playing playstation, drinking beer, tired and bore of all the daily shit, the band Devastar is created. It talks from street fighter to political prisoners because of an alleged terrorist attack formed as oppression to destroy a squatter. Devastar exploits with a 40 seconds noise, full of rage and destruction, showing that cataclysm can be fast and devastating, as a characteristic song of the band. The groups conforms in Santiago, Chile, in an alley in the neighborhoods full of rottenness, that stands out themselves by producing a stench that clings to all the characteristics of a large city.

-a birthday party where no one was invited, but everyone were expel for being drunk and dancing “happy birthday” on top of a table of a bar pseudo correct under…..iuuxx… and the only thing that it could offer was a sip of the cheapest drink from the entire region- Time pass trough and the band took the way to a more crust-punk sound, but always trying to be inside the ideas of the power-violence, and never drop out those influences. They recorded their first E.P. “Vandal Powerviolence”, in the underground scene of Santiago (Chile), in 2011 and also release an E.P with MONCHO CABRERA (grind punk Santiago), and in 2012. Another E.P with the band UN HUMANO (thrash crust power violence), a solo project from a dude of Valparaiso, Chile. After that, a compilation appears with tracks that wasn’t in the others E.P’s. The last production is the “discography” release in 2012 and recorded in a tape. The band currently lives in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, taking up the lost essence of the power violence, short and furious, showed in a raw return, devastating and totally raging.
